She will also be responsible for setting a vision and mission for the company and keeping the team focused on achieving these goals. Additionally, she will be in charge of financial performance, and will be accountable for ensuring the company's long-term success and growth.

Ziruo is responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day operations of the analytical consulting company. This includes managing client relationships, overseeing and coordinating projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and training and mentoring junior consultants. Ziruo is also responsible for providing strategic insights and analysis to the company’s clients.

As a Marketing Director, Lily is responsible for developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities to increase the visibility of the consulting company. She is responsible for creating and managing the company’s brand identity, developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, and creating content to support the company’s marketing objectives. Lily is also responsible for staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.
